18 days Rolwaling Valley trek, Grade: Demanding The
walk follows through interesting landscapes, different rural and
traditional villages from the low Hindu area to the high Buddhist
Sherpa villages. Beginning this scenic trip with a drive close to the
Tibet border at Barabise Bazar, short walk uphill takes you to the
first overnight camp. The trek continues passing through farms
terraces and villages, crossing over 3,000 meters pass at Tingsingla.
As your pace and enthuassium progress from this lovely walk and
getting well acclimatised in this gorgeous environment and its high
altitude, we head towards our destination on the high valleys and
Sherpa village of Beding and beyond to Na and finally to the
remorseless ice field. After a wonderful time we return via the warm
low land valleys and thus ending this outstanding journey at Dolakha
village. From here a drive of 4-5 hours brings you back to Kathmandu.
